2. Service contents
The Magic Car service provides a total of 10 emergency dispatch services. If you fall under any of the following emergencies, you can use the service without delay.

1) Emergency towing: If the insured vehicle cannot operate on its own due to an accident or breakdown and emergency towing is required for repair, towing service can be used once a day within a limit of 20km to the nearest repair shop, but the distance exceeds the limit. In this case, a cost of KRW 2,000 per 1km may be incurred, and service may be difficult to provide if there are restrictions on service provision due to the load or structure change of the vehicle.

2) Fuse exchange: If the vehicle cannot be operated due to a short circuit in the fuse, the fuse can be exchanged.

3) Emergency refueling: If operation is stopped due to complete exhaustion of fuel while driving, emergency refueling is allowed up to 2 times during the insurance period, up to 3 liters per time. If you use additional emergency refueling service after company use, you can pay the fuel cost. However, in the case of LPG vehicles and electric vehicles, it can be replaced by towing service.

4) Emergency rescue: If the insured vehicle runs off the road or cannot operate on its own due to obstacles, emergency rescue service can be provided. In this case, a separate fee may be charged, and the service is not provided if it is difficult to provide the service due to the load or structure change of the vehicle.

5) Battery charging: If the vehicle cannot be driven due to discharge of the battery, measures can be taken to enable the vehicle to operate. In the case of a solid battery, additional costs may be charged, and in the case of electric vehicles, this service is not available. Limited.

6) Replenishment of antifreeze: If the vehicle cannot be operated due to lack of antifreeze, antifreeze can be replenished. In the case of electric vehicles, antifreeze supplement service is not provided.
