Until 2020, cards could be issued depending on the employed, unemployed, and self-employed.
・Unemployed over 15 years of age
・Annual sales of 150 million won
・Special workers with an average monthly income of less than 3 million won for the last 3 months
・Those who are 45 years of age or older, or whose monthly wage is less than 3,000,000 won among those who work for a large company
・Non-regular workers
・Employees of companies eligible for preferential support
・Third year high school students who do not wish to go to university
・Those who are expected to graduate from university
・Single mother
・Marriage immigrants and migrant youths
・Refugees recognized by the Minister of Justice

・Incumbent public officials and private school staff
・People aged 75 or older
・University students with more than 2 years of study left until graduation
・Self-employed with annual sales of 150 million won or more
・Special type workers with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more and large-scale corporations under the age of 45 with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more
Contents of Naeil Learning Card support
When you receive the Naeil Learning Card, 3 million won is basically supported for 5 years, and an additional 1 million won to 2 million won is additionally supported depending on the income level and the recipient.
✅ Additional support recipients
① Insured persons working as fixed-term, dispatched, part-time, and daily workers
② An insured person who is employed by a company eligible for preferential support
③ Employees in employment crisis areas and special employment support industries
④ Those with 60% or less of the median income for the year (2 million won)
✅ Training cost support rate
・General participants: 45 to 85%
・National Employment Support System Type I, National Employment Support System Type II (Specific Class): 80 ~ 100%
・National Employment Support System II Type (young and middle-aged): 50 ~ 85%
・Recipients of EITC: 72.5% ~ 92.5%
In addition, training incentives are provided for smooth participation in training. You can receive up to KRW 116,000 per month in training incentives. The requirements for training incentives are when the attendance rate is 80% or higher and the conditions are met.
✅ Training subsidy conditions
① Unemployed who attend training courses for 140 hours or more, insured persons who work less than 15 hours a week, recipients of work incentives, etc.
② People participating in the National Employment Support System Type I and those belonging to the low-income class (including specific classes) among the National Employment Support System Type II
③ Self-employed insured person (up to 360,000 won per month)

How to use the Tomorrow Learning Card

1. Connect to the job training portal site HRD-Net.
2. After logging in, click Training Course at the top – Tomorrow Learning Card Training Course
3. After selecting a region, enter the desired keyword and click Search
4. After choosing the course you want to take, see how much it costs.
There are some subjects that support 100%, but most of them support 60-80% of the amount, and there is an out-of-pocket expense.
5. After looking at the training schedule and course registration information, click “Course Registration” if it is appropriate.
6. After registering for classes, you can call the academy to see if the application was successful and receive guidance. Usually, you need to visit the academy once for payment.
Drone flight training course
In HRD-NET, you can check the lecture you want, and you can also check the cost of self-pay. The total cost of the flight training course for obtaining a drone license is KRW 901,920, but you can pay KRW 587,320 to take the lecture.
